pumpkin, lime juice, coconut cream, brown onion, chickpea, peanut, spinach, tamari (Soy), Olive oil, Coconut Sugar, Garlic fresh, sea salt, Ginger

Preparation and storage notes

Microwave: Remove lid and warm on average heat for approximately 2 minutes.
Stove: Pour contents of bowl into saucepan and heat on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes.
Serve: With rice or side of your choice.
