Our story

Motivated by her own transformation, Siobhan founded MotivEats, a company dedicated to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals through nutritious, homegrown meals.

I'm Siobhan, the founder of MotivEats and part of the kitchen team. After years in the corporate world and a life-changing experience on Season Two of MasterChef 2010, I followed my calling in food. Leaving city life behind, I moved to Margaret River, took over 'The Larder,' and built a thriving catering and wholesale business.

When COVID hit, we pivoted to meet the demand for take-home meals, but the uncertainty took a toll on my mental health. To regain focus and positivity, I embarked on a personal fitness journey that transformed my life. The macro portion-controlled meals I prepared played a crucial role in my success, helping me achieve both mental and physical well-being.

MotivEats was born out of this experience—dedicated to helping others achieve their goals through convenient, nutritious meals. My team and I are driven by the desire to motivate people to improve their dietary habits and overall well-being, just as I did.

How it works

Menus for the week are posted on Friday mornings, and you have until Monday afternoon to order for delivery or pick up of your meals on Thursdays. Each meal package contains 10 meals that are all gluten free (designed to be eaten over 5 days) and can be a choice of mainstream or vegan or a combination of both!
