Ingredients

Cous cous (Wheat), Almonds, Dried apricot, Chermoula Spice [Black pepper, Cumin (ground), Paprika, Turmeric, Cayenne, Garlic, Onion, Salt, Dried coriander, Dried parsley], Salt

Preparation and storage notes

HEATING:
Mix equal parts cous cous and boiling water in a bowl and cover for 5mins. Before serving, fluff cous cous with a fork, stirring through butter or olive oil to taste.

STORAGE (UNCOOKED):
Store in a cool, dry place out of sunlight.

STORAGE (COOKED):
Keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Freezing is not recommended.
