Vegetable stock, Basmati rice, Onion, Pine nuts, Currants, Salted butter (Milk), Parsley, Mint, Himalayan salt

Preparation and storage notes

Can be served warm or cold. To warm, transfer to a heat proof dish and heat in the oven at 150C for 20 mins or until warm. Serve as a side dish to meat or enjoy alone with a salad.
