Rice, Water, Salmon (Fish), Edamame (Soy), Carrots, Sugar, Light soy sauce (Wheat), Glucose, Vegetable oil, Cornflour, Rice wine vinegar, Sea salt, Nisin, Sesame seed

Preparation and storage notes

1. Pierce film several times.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes, or until hot.
3. Carefully remove film - CAUTION contents will be hot.

Ensure meal is steaming hot in the centre before serving. Once heated, consume immediately. Microwave times may vary.
