Vegetable Biryani (V, VE)

A great family favourite. We marinate a selection of vegetables and cook them in layers with rice. A delicious depth of flavours while not being too hot spicy. Delicious for leftovers too! Please advise if you require vegan as we can simply use coconut yoghurt and replace butter.
