Homestyle Vegan Lasagne

It's an amazing gift to make good, homemade gnocchi for my clients. This recipe is no exception. We have created a delicious, sweet pumpkin sauce, paired with a tangy vegan goat's cheese, finished with a little crunch of toasted pumpkin seeds and caramelised kale. Yum!

Ingredients

Veg Sauce [Pumpkin, Zucchini, Water, Carrots, Peas, Onion, Veg stock powder, Garlic, Oregano], Bechamel (DF) [Almond milk, Water, Pink salt, Tapioca flour, Rice flour, Rice bran oil, Nutritional yeast, Stock powder, Cloves, Bay leaves, Peppercorn], Nap Sauce [Crushed tomatoes, Tomato paste, Onion, Carrots, Celery, Basil, Stock, Salt, Pepper], Lasagne sheets (GF)

Preparation and storage notes

Storage: Keep refrigerated, store at 5°C or below. Use within 4 days of delivery days.

Oven: Remove lid, cover with foil and heat in preheated 180°C oven for 15-20 min.

Microwave: Remove plastic lid and microwave on high 2-3 min. Ensure meal is heated through, stir well and enjoy.

Suitable to Freeze: Once frozen, consume within 3 months. Defrost in refrigerator and use with 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
