Lamb shanks, Baby Potato, Peas, Beef Stock, Onion, Dry white wine, Carrots, Tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce (GF), Butter (Milk), Olive oil, Garlic, Dried thyme, Salt, Black pepper, Rosemary

Preparation and storage notes

Remove lid, cover loosely. Microwave 50% power 3–4 min, stir/turn, then 1–2 min bursts until piping hot (75 °C). Spoon over sauce. If thick, add 1–2 Tbsp water/stock. Rest 2 min.
