Potato, Plain flour (Wheat), Water, Ghee (Milk), Mustard oil, Green chilli, Table salt, Black salt, Coriander seeds, Dried mango, Ginger, Carom seeds, coriander, Dried red chilli, Cumin seeds, Cumin powder, Fennel seeds, Asafoetida, clove whole, Cinnamon, Peppercorn black, cardamom pods

Preparation and storage notes

Store in the refrigerator below 4 degrees celsius and consume within 3 days. Alternatively, freeze in a freezer safe bag and consume within 1 month. Defrost before reheating. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. Reheat the dish for 7-10 minutes (depending on the oven) till completely warmed up and enjoy.
