Lamb shoulder, Potato, Carrot, Red onion, Pomona honey, Garlic, Red wine, Thyme, Rosemary, Red wine vinegar, Black pepper, Salt, Fennel seeds, Lemon, Vegetable oil, Cornflour (GF)

Preparation and storage notes

Place meal in refrigerator 24hrs. prior to using. Bring large pot of water to simmer carefully remove cardboard and submerge pouch in water for 10-15 minutes(20-25 if frozen). Remove meal from pot and cut pouch to serve.
