A bold blend of spelt, rye and whole grains. This loaf is a bit denser and heavier due to the higher percentage of spelt and rye flours added. Spelt has a lovely mild, sweet and nutty flavour, low in gluten and easier to digest than wheat. A great bread choice if you are gluten intolerant. Packed with fibre, essential minerals, and slow releasing energy, this loaf is as nourishing as is delicious. Fermented slowly for better digestion and enhanced flavour.
