400 grams in weight - This is a large sized pizzas that would easily feed 2 Adults. Shaped and just lightly par baked in my stone oven. All you need to do is add your toppings and bake till crispy. An easy dinner. This dough is fermented for a minimum of 24 hours, this pizza dough not only tastes delicious, but it is also easier on the digestive system than its takeout counterpart. The extended fermentation allows for gut-friendly bacteria to develop.
