Bakers Flour (Wheat), Water, Sourdough Starter (Wheat), Pepita Seeds, Pumpkin, Eggs, White Sugar, Milk, Sea Salt, Chives

Preparation and storage notes

Bagels are best stored at room temperature and eaten fresh within 1-2days. Day 3 best to toast or freeze in a zip lock/freezer bag. Bagels can also be reheated in a 170 C oven for 4-6mins.
Do not refridgerate Bagels as this actually promotes staling.
