Beef Bourguignon and vegetables

A big bowl of comfort food! Grass-fed Beef, onions, garlic, mushrooms and chunks of rendered bacon in a rich red wine sauce. It doesn't get much better than this. Our bourguignon is sided with fresh greens and steamed chat potatoes with parsley.

Onion, Chuck beef, Red wine, Bacon pieces, Green beans, Mushrooms, Tomato paste, Oilve oil, Thyme, Parsley, Garlic, Salt, Black pepper, Bay leaves

Preparation and storage notes

Store below 5 degrees. Heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or til piping hot.
