Beef Diced, Potato, Coconut milk, Water, Red Onion, Massaman curry paste, Lemongrass fresh, Vegetable oil, Cornflour (GF), Red chilli, Lime juice, Garlic, Beef stock Massel(GF), Fish sauce, Sugar, light brown, Ginger, Cinnamon, Fresh coriander, Black pepper, Salt

Preparation and storage notes

Keep refrigerated or frozen until required.
FROZEN: Defrost in the fridge overnight or allow additional heating time.
REHEAT: Remove the lid and reheat in the microwave on high. Reheat in short bursts ( 1-2 minutes). Stir and check regularly. Heat thoroughly before serving. Top with peanuts. Extra chilli and fresh lime juice can be added. ENJOY!
