Preparation and storage notes

MICROWAVE
Pierce film and place in microwave.
Heat on high for 3-4 mins.
OVEN
Pour contents into oven safe dish.
Cook for 14 mins at 160c
STEAM OVEN
Pour contents into oven safe dish.
Place in oven on Re-gen program for 15min.

STORAGE
Keep in fridge below 4c
Can freeze for up to 6 months
