Lamb, Puff Pastry (Pampas) (Wheat, Milk), Brown onion, Raw Carrots Chopped, Peas, corn & capsicums (Edgell), Flour (GF), Balsamic vinegar (Selesta) (Sulphites), Sweet tomato & Basil Marinade (GF) Huons, Melange veggies (Edgell), Lancashire relish (Cornwells) (Barley, Wheat, Fish), Brown sugar, Crushed garlic, Beef booster (Maggi) (Wheat, Soy), Thyme

Preparation and storage notes

Microwave - (Pastry may go soggy)
1. Place portion on plate
2. Cook on High for 2-3mins depending on Microwave
3.Remove from Microwave
4. Stand for 1min
CAUTION: Meal will be very Hot. Be careful to avoid steam burns.

OVEN
1.Pre-Heat to 180c
2.Place on tray on middle shelf
3.Cook for 20-30mins
4. Remove from oven
5. Stand for 1 min

Store in refrigerator below 5degrees and use prior to best before date or can be frozen if desired for up to 3 months.
