Preparation and storage notes

1.⁠ ⁠Pierce film once
2.⁠ ⁠Microwave on HIGH (1000W) for 6 minutes
(from frozen) or until heated through.
3, Allow to stand for 1 minute before peeling off
the film and stirring the food.
