Preparation and storage notes

Microwave | 微波炉加热

⁠Pierce film once or peel the lidding film
⁠Microwave on HIGH (1000W) for 5 minutes (from frozen) or until heated through.
Allow to stand for 1 minute before peeling off the film and stirring the food.
