Ingredients

Jasmine rice, Red lentil, Onion, Tomatoes, Tomato paste, Water, Ginger, Garlic, Rice bran oil, Coriander, Salt, Ground coriander, Cumin seeds, Turmeric, Garam masala, Ground mustard seeds, Dried red chilli

Preparation and storage notes

Microwave
    1    ⁠Pierce film once or peel the lidding film
    2    ⁠Microwave on HIGH (1000W) for 5 minutes (from frozen) or until heated through. 
    3    Allow to stand for 1 minute before peeling off the film and stirring the food.
