Quiche Pastry [Water, Plain flour (Wheat), Butter, less salt ( Western Star) (Milk, Soy), Sesame seed], Cream light (Milk), Eggs, Milk, Capsicum, Mushrooms, Pumpkin, Spinach English, Onion, Feta (Milk), Cheese (Milk)

Preparation and storage notes

Eat cold or hot. Reheat in the microwave. The time will vary, depending on individual microwaves.
Heat for 3 minutes and check; continue to heat in short bursts until it has heated through. Heat individual serves for 1 minute. ENJOY!!
