Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber, Corn, Quinoa, Shallots, Poppyseed Dressing [Red Onion, Apple cider vinegar, Grapeseed oil, Sugar, Poppy seeds, Salt], Capsicum

Preparation and storage notes

Keep refrigerated until required.
Shake or stir the poppyseed dressing well before pouring it over the salad just before serving.
