Carrot, Chickpeas, Greek yoghurt (Milk), Maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce (Wheat, Fish), Extra virgin olive oil, Lemon juice, Garlic, Sea salt, Paprika, Onion powder, Black pepper

Preparation and storage notes

Keep refrigerated until required. REHEAT: in moderate oven (180C), remove the cardboard and cover with foil. heat for 10 minutes and remove foil. heat for another 10 minutes or until golden. ASSEMBLE: Spread yoghurt over serving plate. Pile carrots and chickpeas over the sauce. Add all the crispy bits from the pan. Drizzle with extra sauce. Segguest adding coriander and chopped pistachios when serving.
