For several years now I have been brining the turkey and then roasting and have found it makes for a much juicier! We also cook the stuffing on the side so it can be simply sliced and served alongside.

Turkey, Breadcrumbs (Wheat), Onion, Butter (Milk), Pinenuts (Pine nut), Currants, Sage, Olive Oil, Salt, Garlic, Pepper

Preparation and storage notes

Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Serve cold or reheat in microwave or cover and put in preheated oven until heated. Slice and serve. Stuffing can be reheated if desired - simply slice and serve
