Lamb Ragu Pasta Sauce

Our locally sourced Lamb shoulder is marinated overnight in rosemary, thyme and garlic before being seared and add to a rich flavoursome braise with wine, vegetables and anchovy. We then add our beautiful tomato sugo to finish this fantastic pasta sauce which pairs perfectly with gnocchi or pappadelle.

chicken stock [Water, Chicken bones, Brown onion, Celery, Black Peppercorn], Lamb Shoulder, boneless, Tomato basil Sugo [Tinned tomato, Brown onion, Olive oil blend, Salt, Garlic peeled, Basil, fresh], Onion, Tinned tomato, Carrot, White wine, Celery, Tomato Paste, Olive oil blend, Garlic peeled, Anchovy (Fish), Table salt, Salt, Thyme, Rosemary, Black pepper

Preparation and storage notes

Warm gently in a pot on the stove, in the microwave or oven, and then toss through al dente pasta.
