Prawn (Crustacean), Coconut Cream, Tinned tomato, Onion, Frozen coconut thawed, Cocount oil, Tamarind paste (Sulphites), Garlic, Ginger puree, Tomato Paste, Red chilli, Salt, Dried chilli, Coriander, ground, Curry Leaf, Cumin, ground, Turmeric, ground, Black pepper

Preparation and storage notes

Cooking Instructions:
For best results, use the stovetop.
Defrost the curry pack in the fridge overnight. Empty the sauce into a small saucepan and warm gently over medium heat until it begins to lightly simmer. If the sauce seems a little thick add 50mls of water, Add the raw prawns and curry leaves, then poach for 3 minutes, just until the prawns are tender and perfectly cooked.

Serve with steamed rice, or enjoy with warm naan and a little cucumber raita for a complete, easy meal.
