Lamb shanks, Chicken stock, Red wine, Tinned tomato, Onion, Carrot, Celery, Tomato Paste, Olive oil blend, Thyme, Garlic, Salt, Bay leaves

Preparation and storage notes

Oven:
Preheat oven to 160°C (fan 140°C).
Place frozen lamb shanks in an oven-safe dish with the sauce. Cover tightly with foil or a lid. Bake for 60–70 minutes, or until heated through and tender.
Stir sauce gently before serving.
Stovetop (Recommended):
Place in a saucepan or pot with the sauce. Add a splash of water if needed.
