Beef chuck, Coconut Stock Massaman [Coconut Cream, Chicken stock, Fish sauce, Lemongrass, Brown sugar, Galangal], rendang paste [Red Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Lemongrass, Frozen coconut thawed, Pepper (bullhorn), Dried chilli, Fresh Turmeric], Chilli/Onion for Massaman/Rendang braising [Red Onion, Long Red chilli], Fish sauce, Tamarind paste (Sulphites), Vegetable oil, Coconut desiccated, Coconut Cream, Kecap Manis (Wheat, Soy), Rendang spice mix [Coriander seed, fennel seed, Cumin seeds], Sugar, Lime leaf

Preparation and storage notes

Defrost in fridge overnight for best results,
Microwave - Pierce bag. Microwave on high (1000W) for 4–5 minutes, or until hot.
For stove - Decant defrosted product into small pot and heat gently for 10min or until hot, add water if it becomes a little dry
For oven - Remove bag and place tray in preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes or until hot in the center

Serve with steamed jasmine rice and sliced cucumber
