Ingredients

Carrot, Dates, Greek yoghurt (Milk), Pecans, Honey, Extra virgin olive oil, Tahini (Sesame), Cumin

Preparation and storage notes

Keep refrigerated until required.
REHEAT: in a moderate oven (180 °C), remove the cardboard lid and cover with foil. Heat for 10 minutes, remove the foil, and add pecans and dates. Heat for another 5-10 minutes or until golden.
ASSEMBLE: Spread yoghurt over serving plate. Pile carrots, pecans and dates over the sauce.
