Preparation and storage notes

Set aside lime wedges. Heat chicken, covered, in oven (180-200c) for 15-20 minutes or until hot throughout. Place a large spoon of yoghurt on the plate, top with chicken, salsa, and finish with a squeeze of lime juice.
