This Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder Ragu with Creamy Mashed Potato is the perfect meal. It's slow cooked for 12 hours in tomato passata, stock, red wine, veggies, garlic and herbs. We finish it with a creamy mash potato, using chives from our Kitchen Garden. Serve it with steamed veg or a garden salad and some crusty bread.

Preparation and storage notes

Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove lid and cooked in a 170 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
