Rolling the roast allows for the tenderness to remain in the meat during the cooking process, but gives the outside a chance to develop the crunch we all love in a good pork roast! Crackle served seperately.

Preparation and storage notes

Place unopened bag into a pot of simmering water for 20-25 minutes or until hot. Gently remove from the bag and serv e immediately.
