Kheema is a mildly spiced lamb mince curry, popular all over India. It's a lighter alternative to your usual weeknight butter chicken, and works really well butternut and spinach.

Lamb mince, butternut pumpkin, Coconut cream, Tin crushed tomato, Water, Onion, Frozen spinach, Tomato paste, Garlic, Ginger, Curry leaves, Garam Masala, ground coriander, ground cumin, Turmeric, ground cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves

Preparation and storage notes

1.Peel back corner film.
2.Heat on high for 3-4 min or until heated through.
3.Let stand for 1 min.
4.Carefully peel off film completely from tray. Enjoy!
