Arrabiata Pasta Sauce

A slow cooked tomato sauce with garlic and chili, finished with fresh parsley and a dusting of Parmesan. Bold, smoky, and utterly moreish. Serves 2, add 200g pasta.

Ingredients

Tin crushed tomato, Red wine, Onion, Olive oil, Garlic, chilli flakes, Bay leaves, Rosemary, fresh

Preparation and storage notes

Saute off 400g of your protein of choice, if using.
Add 1 cup of vegetables. Optional.
Add sauce and simmer for 5-10 min or until heated through.
Stir through pasta and serve.
