Green Goodness Kitchari

Kitchari is an ayurvedic postpartum staple thanks to the combination of gentle spices, plant-based protein and easily digested fibre. We've added a beautiful combination of green vegetables to ours for an extra nutritional punch. This dish is beautiful with a dollop of natural yoghurt on top. Powerhouse ingredients we love: ๐Ÿš Basmati Rice: Easily digestible and gentle on the gut. ๐ŸŒฟ Mung Dal: High in plant-based protein and iron. ๐ŸŒฑ Turmeric: contains curcumin, a powerful anti-inflammatory compound that aids in healing. Please note that while this product is naturally free of soy, nuts, egg, dairy and gluten, we operate in a commercial kitchen and traces of these allergens may be present.

Preparation and storage notes

Storage: Store in freezer until you're ready to enjoy.
Preparation: Thaw in the refrigerator. Once thawed, heat through by putting this container in the microwave, or decanting to a saucepan and heating on the stove.

Consume within 48 hours of thawing.
