Dreamy, melt-in-your-mouth beef is all but falling apart as it marinates in a punchy, zesty blend of chilli, lime and garlic with hidden herbs and lots of spices. Peanuts add a lush creaminess. Thick, salty and sweet, this is a truly unique flavour that has been perfected over many late nights in the kitchen! True to all Luvarlee curries, this one is finished with our nourishing homemade organic bone broth and 100% pure coconut cream. *Please note this dish only comes with the protein and curry sauce. Ingredients

Beef Chuck (diced), coconut cream, Garlic, Fish sauce, Organic rapadura sugar, Red onion, Peanuts, Organic chicken bone broth, Dried chilli, Galangal, Lemongrass, Coriander root, Cumin, Coriander seeds, Lime zest

Preparation and storage notes

Defrost before cooking. Half fill a medium to large pot with water and bring it to the boil. Once boiled, bring down to a simmer, place vacuum-sealed bag in simmering water for 10 to 15 minutes.
If contents are not thawed, store frozen at or below -18° C until best before date. Do not refreeze after thawing. Always thaw Luvarlee meals in the fridge at or below 4° C. Meal can last up to 4 days in the fridge when thawed properly and kept at or below 4° C.
