Duck Fat Potatoes [Sebago Potato, Olive oil, Duck fat, Salfry oil, Garlic, Sea salt, Rosemary]

Preparation and storage notes

Preheat oven to 210c, fan forced. Cut open bag and lay potatoes onto a hot oven tray and toss in warmed duck fat. Sprinkle with sea salt and roast for 40- 50, turning half way. Continue to cook until coloured and crispy.
