Preparation and storage notes

STORAGE: keep refrigerated
(BEST BEFORE: 3 days from delivery)
INSTRUCTIONS: Pre-heat oven to 180ºc.
Remove outer packaging and salt.
Pour tomato sauce over the fish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Rest for 5 minutes and serve with market greens and chilli salt to your liking.
