Preparation and storage notes

REHEATING
OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C, place frozen tarts on baking tray, heat for 8-10 minutes until custard is warmed and pastry is crispy - Serve immediately while warm
MICROWAVE: on medium power for 20-30 seconds
OPTIONAL: Flash under grill for 1-2 minutes to caramelise top
PRO TIP: Best eaten warm the same day they are baked
