Beef Rissoles [beef mince, zucchini, panko (Wheat), brown onion, egg, parmesan cheese (Milk), olive oil, italian parsley, peeled garlic cloves, gluten free worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, sea salt flakes, ground pepper, oregano], Onion Gravy [liquid beef stock, brown onion, unsalted butter (Milk), gravy powder (Milk, Sulphites), gluten free worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, ground pepper]

Preparation and storage notes

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS
MICROWAVE: Pierce bag. Medium power (50%) 3-4min (250-350g), 5-6min (500g), 7-8min (750g), then HIGH 1-2min. Rest 1min. CAUTION: Gravy will be hot.
OVEN: Remove from bag, oven-safe dish, cover with foil. 180°C 15-20min (250-350g), 20-25min (500g), 25-30min (750g). Ensure 75°C throughout.
DEFROST: Thaw in fridge overnight OR microwave DEFROST (30%) 4-5min (250-350g), 6-7min (500g), 8-9min (750g), then reheat.

STORAGE: Refrigerate 0-5°C up to 7 days. Freeze -18°C up to 4
