Risotto base [fish sauce, arborio rice, cooking white wine, heavy cream (Milk), brown onion, salted butter (Milk), parmesan cheese (Milk), olive oil, peeled garlic cloves, parsley, lemon zest, sea salt flakes, ground pepper], Tomato component [crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, fresh basil], Seafood mix [raw tiger prawns (Crustacean), calamari (Fish), hake fillet (Fish), scallop (Mollusc)]

Preparation and storage notes

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS
MICROWAVE: pierce bag and cook on HIGH 3-4min (350g), 4-5min (500g), 6-7min (750g). Rest 1min. Stir.
OVEN: remove from bag, cover, add 2-3 tbsp water. 180°C 15-18min (350g), 18-22min (500g), 25-30min (750g). Stir halfway.
Ensure 75°C throughout.
FROZEN: Defrost in fridge overnight OR microwave DEFROST (30%) 4-5min (350g), 5-6min (500g), 7-8min (750g), then reheat.
Storage: 0-5°C up to 3 days. Freeze -18°C up to 3 months.
