Preparation and storage notes

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS
DIRECT FROM FREEZER: Defrost in fridge overnight or pierce bag, microwave on defrost (30%) for 5-6 minutes, then follow reheating instructions
MICROWAVE: pierce corner of bag, heat 3-4min (350g) or 4-5min (500g). Stir halfway, rest 1min.
OVEN: Remove from bag, cover with foil, heat at 180°C for 20-25min until hot
Always ensure food reaches 75°C throughout before serving.
