Preparation and storage notes

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS
MICROWAVE: Remove lid, pierce bag, microwave on medium power (50%) for 3-4 minutes, then full power for 1-2 minutes
OVEN: Remove from bag, cover with foil, heat at 180°C for 15-20 minutes

FROZEN: Thaw overnight in refrigerator, then follow above instructions
DIRECT FROM FREEZER: Remove lid, pierce bag, microwave on defrost (30%) for 6-7 minutes, then medium power for 3-4 minutes

REFRIGERATED:Store at 4°C or below, for up to 3 days
FROZEN: 4 months at -18°C
