Lamb Shanks [lamb shanks, plain flour (Wheat), olive oil, sea salt flakes, ground pepper], Mash Potato [potato, full cream milk, unsalted butter (Milk), salt, ground pepper], ORANGE MAPLE GLAZE/SAUCE [liquid beef stock, orange juice, maple syrup, brown onion, tomato paste, red wine vinegar (Sulphites), orange zest, peeled garlic cloves, unsalted butter (Milk), maize cornflour, thyme sprig, bay leaves, fresh rosemary]

Preparation and storage notes

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS

MICROWAVE: Pierce bag. Medium power (50%) 4-5min (600g), 6-7min (820g), then HIGH 1-2min. Rest 1min. CAUTION: Bone extremely hot.
OVEN: Remove from bag, oven-safe dish, cover with foil. 180°C 20-25min (600g), 25-30min (820g). Ensure 75°C throughout.
DEFROST: Thaw in fridge overnight OR microwave DEFROST (30%) 7-8min (600g), 9-10min (820g), then reheat as above.

STORAGE: Refrigerate 0-5°C up to 7 days. Freeze -18°C up to 4 months.
