Water, Pumpkin, Carrot, Chickpeas, Coconut milk, Onion, Faba bean protein, Sweet potato, Leek, Vegetable stock, Lemongrass, Curry hot spice mix, Crushed garlic, Fresh coriander, Olive oil, Pink salt, Kaffir lime, Black pepper, Hot chilli powder

Preparation and storage notes

Remove cardboard sleeve. 
Microwave (1000W): Peel film 3 cm, heat 4–7 mins frozen or 2 mins defrosted, stir, stand 1 min, remove film and enjoy. 
Stove: From defrosted, heat in saucepan 2–3 mins or until hot. 

Storage: Keep frozen. Refrigerate after defrosting, use within 3 days.
