Mexican Pulled Beef - Salad [Carrot, Red capsicum, Green capsicum, Black beans, Corn kernels, Red kidney beans, Fresh coriander, Olive oil], Mexican Pulled Beef [Beef topside, Diced tomato, Crushed garlic, Cumin, Paprika, Oregano, Black pepper, Hot chilli powder], Mexican Pulled Beef - Sauce [Water, Diced tomato, Tomato paste, Onion, Soy sauce (GF), Chicken stock, Crushed garlic, Paprika, Black pepper, Cornstarch, Cumin]

Preparation and storage notes

Meals:
Remove cardboard sleeve. 
Microwave (1000W): Pierce film, heat 5 mins from frozen or 3 mins defrosted. 
Stove: Heat in pan 2–3 mins from defrosted. 
Oven: Pierce film, heat at 160°C for 30–40 mins frozen or 15–20 mins defrosted, stir occasionally. 
Air fryer: Remove film, heat at 160°C for 15–20 mins frozen or 10–15 mins defrosted. 

Storage: Keep frozen. Refrigerate after defrosting, use within 3 days.
