Ingredients

Water, Chicken breast, Leek, Sweet potato, Carrot, Onion, Pumpkin, Olive oil, Chicken stock, Fresh coriander, Curry hot spice mix, Crushed garlic, Salt, Cumin, Black pepper

Preparation and storage notes

Remove cardboard sleeve. 
Microwave (1000W): Peel film 3 cm, heat 4–7 mins frozen or 2 mins defrosted, stir, stand 1 min, remove film and enjoy. 
Stove: From defrosted, heat in saucepan 2–3 mins or until hot. 

Storage: Keep frozen. Refrigerate after defrosting, use within 3 days.
