Water, Chicken breast, Light milk, Broccoli, Brown rice, Eggplant, Onion, Zucchini, Coconut milk, Peas, Spinach, Coconut cream, Diced tomato, Green curry paste (Crustacean, Fish, Peanut), Soy sauce (GF), Fresh coriander, Crushed garlic, Ginger, Lemongrass, Chilli, Kaffir lime, Cornstarch

Preparation and storage notes

Remove cardboard sleeve. 
Microwave (1000W): Pierce film, heat 5 mins from frozen or 3 mins defrosted. 
Stove: Heat in pan 2–3 mins from defrosted. 
Oven: Pierce film, heat at 160°C for 30–40 mins frozen or 15–20 mins defrosted, stir occasionally. 
Air fryer: Remove film, heat at 160°C for 15–20 mins frozen or 10–15 mins defrosted. 

Storage: Keep frozen. Refrigerate after defrosting, use within 3 days.
