This ever-popular chicken curry is made with a homemade blend of herb and spices filled with chunky vegetables. Fat and salt content is low unlike with usual curries, however we have created a delicious, authentic sauce. This curry is very filling and nutritious with 5 vegetables and lean cuts of slow cooked chicken. We have kept the chilli level low, so feel free to add chilli sprinkles to boost the heat up to your preference without adding stacks of calories! Ingredients

Chicken breast, Diced tomato, Potato, Green peas, Coconut milk, Onion, Crushed garlic, Peas, Chicken stock, Olive oil, Soy sauce (GF), Turmeric, Ginger, Tomato, Cornstarch, Fresh coriander, Curry hot spice mix, Ground coriander, Cumin, Cardamom, Water, Mixed herbs, Tomato paste

Preparation and storage notes

Remove cardboard sleeve. 
Microwave (1000W): Pierce film, heat 5 mins from frozen or 3 mins defrosted. 
Stove: Heat in pan 2–3 mins from defrosted. 
Oven: Pierce film, heat at 160°C for 30–40 mins frozen or 15–20 mins defrosted, stir occasionally. 
Air fryer: Remove film, heat at 160°C for 15–20 mins frozen or 10–15 mins defrosted. 

Storage: Keep frozen. Refrigerate after defrosting, use within 3 days.
