Egg white, Whole egg, Pumpkin, Chickpeas, Broccoli, Red capsicum, Green beans, Sweet potato, Fetta cheese (Milk), Spring onion, Ricotta cheese (Milk), Light tasty cheese (Milk), Olive oil, Crushed garlic, Parsley, Pink salt, Curry hot spice mix, Canola oil, Black pepper

Preparation and storage notes

Meals
Remove cardboard sleeve. 
Microwave (1000W): Pierce film, heat 5 mins from frozen or 3 mins defrosted. 
Stove: Heat in pan 2–3 mins from defrosted. 
Oven: Pierce film, heat at 160°C for 30–40 mins frozen or 15–20 mins defrosted, stir occasionally. 
Air fryer: Remove film, heat at 160°C for 15–20 mins frozen or 10–15 mins defrosted. 

Storage: Keep frozen. Refrigerate after defrosting, use within 3 days.
